Chapli kebab is a minced kebab, usually made from ground mutton, lamb or chicken with various spices in the shape of a flat patty. A slice of tomato is stamped in the middle and then shallow fried until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Here, I have made it an air fryer for a healthy version.
