Initially I suspected eating gluten at someone’s house and thought to be ok in a day but I wasn’t. I tried drinking tea made with ginger, carom and fennel seeds for four days but even that didn’t ease my discomfort. My sister suggested a home remedy that worked for me and I am feeling great now.
